So many goodies in here.

I would say “tonal” buttons that have text with a 4.5:1 contrast with its surface and a background that doesn’t “interfere with the distinction of the component” is the only thing I’m iffy on. I’ve had some people say that if it doesn’t have an action label then it can be perceived as just text and not a button.


So for that one I would proceed with caution.

Of course with all these rules I’d have an issue with one of them 🙃
