At our company we have annotations for each design (for UI > Dev. handoff). Some of the annotations call out functionality, some call out little pieces of CSS. Anytime a Dev has a question we make sure that (type of) question is answered in future annotations. This article has also inspired me to create a common list of technical CSS limitations for our designers 💪
